Trilingual (French, English and German), Baba has over 10 years experience in organizational development with African institutions at the national and international levels in the areas of agriculture, democracy and good governance, youth and women’s entrepreneurship as well as mining.  His expertise includes strategic and operational planning, program restructuring, project design and management of projects.
