Vanessa Tchindje has over 3 years experience working with development organizations in the areas of planning, content and methodology development for workshops and conferences. She has co-facilitated numerous international workshops on topics related to governance, gender, mining, agriculture and rural development. 

She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Women and Gender studies from University of Buea, Cameroon.
